Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will act as the key link between design consultants, project managers, and site execution teams, ensuring all architectural and BIM deliverables are fully coordinated, compliant with local regulations, and delivered on schedule.

The role requires strong expertise in BIM environments, local authority approval processes, and interdisciplinary coordination within building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines.
• Ensure all design deliverables comply with project specifications, UAE/GCC regulations, and authority requirements.
• Manage and review architectural shop drawings and ensure accuracy prior to submission.
• Prepare and evaluate material submittals in line with project standards.
• Maintain and track Request for Information (RFI) logs.
• Resolve interdisciplinary clashes using BIM tools (Revit).
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Handle authority submissions and approvals including Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and SIRA.
• Ensure proper documentation control and adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Support project teams throughout design development to final handover.

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM environment) and AutoCAD.
• Experience in architectural shop drawing preparation and review.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes in Dubai.
• Understanding of UAE/GCC building codes and standards.
• Familiarity with document control systems and project management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and site execution.
• Ability to review contract documentation and specifications.
