Architectural BIM coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and management of architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective project execution.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support to the architectural team and assist with preparing project presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with Architectural BIM Modelers to ensure the integration of BIM models into the project workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar role within the architecture or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of architectural terminology, design processes, and project workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 6* years of UAE* experience in Architecture
• Must be ready to join immediately
