Our new office is located in Dubai at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis.


The Role

We are looking for a fast, detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our growing team. This is a production-focused role and you will be responsible for delivering accurate Revit models at speed while maintaining strict QA/QC standards. You will report to our Senior BIM Manager and play a key part in keeping project delivery timelines on track.


What You Will Do


  • Produce and develop Revit models (architectural, structural, or MEP) from point cloud data, 2D drawings, and project briefs with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Execute Scan-to-BIM workflows in accordance with company SOPs, BIM Execution Plans, and modelling standards.
  • Perform self-checks and peer reviews on all models before submission using internal QA/QC checklists.
  • Review incoming project documents, reference drawings, and client specifications to identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate findings immediately.
  • Run clash detection reports and coordinate with team members to resolve conflicts within established timelines.
  • Track and achieve daily KPIs including modelling output, error rate targets, and submission deadlines.
  • Contribute to monthly KPIs covering project delivery timelines, QA/QC pass rates, rework percentages, and revision turnaround times.
  • Submit daily progress reports summarising completed tasks, work in progress, and any blockers.
  • Communicate modelling issues and potential delays clearly and on the same working day — nothing goes unreported.
  • Follow all internal processes and SOPs; raise suggested improvements through proper channels.
  • Coordinate with modelers and team members across the UAE and offshore offices to ensure consistency on shared project models.


What You Need


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience producing Revit models in a professional BIM or design environment.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit — you must be fast, accurate, and comfortable working under deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks), and BIM coordination principles.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) — must be able to write clear reports, flag issues in writing, and participate in team discussions confidently.
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset, even when working at speed.


Nice to Have


  • Experience with Scan-to-BIM workflows and modelling from point cloud data.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Exposure to 3D laser scanning equipment or point cloud processing software (e.g., ReCap, Cyclone).
  • Experience working in the UAE construction or consultancy sector.


Working Hours


Standard working week is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 working hours plus a 1-hour unpaid lunch break). Sunday is the weekly rest day. Operational requirements may require work on up to two Saturdays per calendar month, with reasonable advance notice. During Ramadan, working hours are reduced by two hours per day.
