Job Summary:
Archnetix Private Limited is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator – 3D Visualization to join our team in Ujjain. The role involves managing multidisciplinary BIM models while creating high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for project presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion. A keen eye for detail, design aesthetics, and effective coordination across architecture and engineering teams are essential to ensure accurate, visually compelling, and well-integrated project outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure model accuracy, compliance with BIM standards, and smooth integration with project workflows.
• Create high-quality 3D visualisations, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations for presentations and client communication.
• Translate BIM models into realistic visual outputs using industry-standard tools.
• Support the design team with rapid visualisation options for conceptual and detailed stages.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align visuals with design intent.
• Manage file structures, libraries, and ensure efficient workflow between BIM and visualization platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging visualization and BIM technologies to bring innovation to projects.

Key Skills & Competencies

• BIM Coordination: Strong understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and model management.
• Software Proficiency:
• BIM: Revit, Navisworks (or equivalent).
• Visualization: Enscape, Lumion, Blender, Twinmotion, 3ds Max (any combination).
• Rendering & Post-production: V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Ability to produce high-quality, realistic renders, animations, and VR experiences.
• Knowledge of file exchange workflows (IFC, FBX, etc.).
• Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, and materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Certification/training in BIM and visualization software is an advantage.
• Prior experience working in AEC projects with visualization delivery.
