BIM Coordinator Construction Stage LOD 400 500

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural / Civil engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination, in Construction stage (LOD 400 & LOD500). Hands on experience in developing and delivering LOD400 models and LOD500 models.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, & BIM 360/ACC mandatory, and Revizto & Autodesk Civil 3D preferably. Hands on experience on creating parametric Revit Families, Revit Templates and Navisworks Clash Tests as per Client requirements.
• Proficient in Dynamo for Revit mandatory, and API preferably. Hands on experience on creating Dynamo Scripts from scratch.
• Proficient in 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration using Synchro / CostX.
• Proficient in COBie and OpenBIM. Hands on experience on preparing and exporting COBie spreadsheets.
• Proficient in AR/VR.
• Familiar with industry standards such as ISO 19650, or Dubai BIM mandates
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
