BIM Coordinator Infrastructure (Civil 3D)

Coordinate BIM workflows for infrastructure projects, focusing on roads, grading, utilities, and drainage

• Develop and manage Civil 3D models, including corridors, surfaces, pipe networks, and custom subassemblies
• Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with ISO 19650 and client standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure model integration across disciplines
• Conduct clash detection with Navisworks and resolve design issues in early project stages
• Ensure models are geospatially aligned with correct coordinate systems and infrastructure standards
• Perform QA checks, audits, and continuous updates of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Support preparation of MIDP and TIDP deliverables for project task teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM staff as required
