BIM Coordinator – MEP

• Coordinate the creation, development, and integration of MEP models for data center projects; manage project-wide BIM standards.
• Facilitate collaboration among MEP modelers, architects, and design engineers.
• Manage model reviews, clash detection, and resolution of coordination issues.
• Maintain BIM documentation and support construction teams with BIM deliverables.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s in engineering, over 10 years of BIM coordination, at least 1 year with data center projects, proficiency with BIM software and construction processes.
