BIM Coordinator / MEP

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in MEP BIM Coordination

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination within the MEP industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of models from LOD 300 to LOD 500, as well as overseeing shop drawings, as-built models, and COBie files. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of MEP models from LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Coordinate and manage the production of shop drawings, ensuring they align with the BIM models.
• Oversee the preparation and review of as-built models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate and manage COBie files for project documentation and handover.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure smooth BIM integration across all phases of the project.
• Perform regular quality control checks on models and resolve any issues in coordination with other teams.
• Provide technical support for BIM-related software and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in model production.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination, with demonstrated expertise in LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Proven experience in generating and managing shop drawings, as-built models, and COBie files.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM in MEP projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• UAE-based experience is a must.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in BIM or related software tools (preferred but not required).
