BIM Designer

HRSG is looking to hire a BIM Designer for one of its clients in Construction Industry.

Location:- Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for all façade elements using Revit or other BIM platforms.
• Create parametric families for aluminum profiles, glass panels, brackets, anchors, gaskets, accessories, and hardware.
• Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, elevation plans, sections, and details from BIM models.
• Update the model to reflect as-built conditions and site modifications.
• Incorporate manufacturer product libraries and system-specific details into BIM models.
• Coordinate façade models with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior models.
• Run clash detection using Navisworks or similar software; prepare clash reports and resolve conflicts.
• Participate in coordination meetings (BIM coordination, technical workshops, design discussions).
• Align models with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LOD requirements, and naming conventions.

Key Requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/ Structural Engineering
• 3–4 years of experience as a BIM Designer / BIM Modeler / CAD Technologist in an architectural, engineering, or construction firm.
• Portfolio demonstrating 3D BIM modelling capabilities LOD 300, 400 & 500.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and similar tools.
• Knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methods.
