BIM DRAFTSMAN (Architectural & Structural)

The BIM Draftsman will support project teams with drafting and modeling using Autodesk software, mainly Revit and AutoCAD. Candidates must have at least 2–3 years of experience in CAD/BIM.

Responsibilities:

* Develop BIM models from 2D to LOD 500 and restore incomplete/corrupted models.

* Produce models according to BIM standards and BEP requirements.

* Create object libraries, components, and families as per LOD matrix.

* Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely submission of models.

* Experience in both architectural and structural modeling.

* Preferred experience with systems such as panels, precast, GRC, metal works, doors, joinery, FF&E, landscape, and façade works.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Revit (including structural drafting), AutoCAD, and Navisworks (preferred).

- Autodesk certification.
