Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will lead the development, management, and coordination of Building Information Models (BIM) for façade projects, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements, UAE building codes, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade systems.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using Revit and related BIM platforms.
• Coordinate façade systems with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Perform clash detection and proactively resolve design and technical issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
• Guarantee compliance with UAE building regulations, project specifications, and global BIM standards.
• Extract quantities, schedules, and material take-offs directly from BIM models.
• Provide BIM support throughout the entire design, engineering, and construction lifecycle.
• Maintain well-structured digital documentation to enable efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven BIM experience with a focus on aluminum and façade systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms).
• Strong technical knowledge of façade engineering, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a collaborative, multidisciplinary project environment.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
