Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer with expertise in Aluminum and Façade systems to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for façade projects, ensuring precision, efficiency, and full compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and update detailed 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade works.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using Revit and related BIM tools.
• Coordinate façade systems with other disciplines such as architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design or coordination issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, project specifications, and international BIM standards.
• Generate quantities, material take-offs, and schedules directly from BIM models.
• Provide technical BIM support to design, engineering, and site execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and contribute to the overall BIM project delivery process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer, preferably within the Aluminum & Façade industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or equivalent platforms).
• Strong understanding of façade engineering principles, fabrication, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
