Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes specific to aluminum and façade projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in façade systems, proficiency in BIM software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade projects in line with project standards and BIM execution plans.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed façade system models using BIM tools.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure BIM models are accurate, consistent, and compliant with project specifications and industry standards.
• Extract BOQs, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
• Perform clash detection, constructability analysis, and design validation.
• Maintain BIM libraries for façade systems, materials, and components.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to design and drafting teams on BIM processes.
• Manage documentation, version control, and ensure compliance with ISO and BIM standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven BIM engineering experience in the Aluminum & Façade industry within the UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems: curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum works.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes, façade standards, and project specifications.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary drawings and resolve design conflicts.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Prior UAE experience strongly preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
