Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to develop, coordinate, and manage BIM deliverables for façade and aluminum projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in BIM authoring tools and have strong technical understanding of façade systems, with proven experience collaborating with design and project teams in the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for aluminum & façade works in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed system models using BIM tools.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical discrepancies.
• Ensure BIM models are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project specifications and industry standards.
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and data extraction directly from BIM models.
• Perform clash detection, design validation, and constructability reviews using BIM software.
• Maintain BIM content libraries for façade systems, materials, hardware, and families.
• Support the design/drafting teams by providing training and guidance on BIM workflows.
• Manage model documentation, revisions, and ensure adherence to ISO and BIM standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant discipline.
• 4–7 years BIM experience in the aluminum & façade industry within UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo or equivalent BIM tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems — curtain wall, cladding, glazing, louvers, etc.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, façade specifications, and detailing practices.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary models and resolving design conflicts.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Prior UAE experience is highly preferred.
