About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented BIM Engineer with specialized experience in aluminum and façade systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements. This role requires close collaboration with design, engineering, and project teams to deliver high-quality façade solutions across UAE projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade projects using Revit or other BIM platforms.
• Coordinate façade models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Produce accurate shop drawings, fabrication details, and material take-offs directly from BIM models.
• Maintain model integrity, standards, and project-specific BIM execution plans (BEP).
• Assist project managers and engineers with BIM-related technical issues and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for BIM coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, façade engineering standards, and client specifications.
• Support digital workflows and innovation initiatives within the façade engineering team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a BIM Engineer in façade, aluminum, or curtain wall projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum profiles, glazing, and cladding details.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and clash detection processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred

• Certification in Autodesk Revit/BIM.
• Experience in large-scale high-rise or complex façade projects in the UAE/GCC.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
