Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to support our engineering and project teams by developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models for façade and aluminum works. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with façade systems in the UAE market and be capable of producing precise, well-coordinated BIM outputs that align with project requirements and industry best practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage 3D BIM models for façade and aluminum components in accordance with approved BIM standards and project execution plans.
• Produce detailed fabrication drawings, assembly diagrams, and shop drawings using BIM tools.
• Work closely with architects, structural teams, MEP engineers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure complete coordination of façade elements.
• Validate model accuracy and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and technical guidelines.
• Generate quantities, schedules, and data extractions directly from BIM models for use in estimation and planning.
• Conduct clash detection, coordination reviews, and provide recommendations to resolve design issues.
• Maintain, organize, and enhance BIM libraries for façade systems, including profiles, hardware, panels, and parametric families.
• Support and guide drafting/engineering teams on BIM processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Manage model revisions, documentation updates, and ensure alignment with ISO standards and BIM Execution Plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent technical field.
• 4–7 years of experience in BIM modeling within the façade and aluminum industry in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related applications (Dynamo is an advantage).
• Deep understanding of façade systems such as curtain walling, glazing assemblies, cladding systems, skylights, louvers, and architectural aluminum details.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations, façade detailing practices, and project compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary model coordination and technical resolution of design conflicts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior UAE façade and aluminum project experience is highly preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
