Position Overview
We are seeking skilled BIM Engineers (Civil) with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and detail civil BIM models (LOD 200–500) in Autodesk Revit.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP IFC drawings for integration and coordination.
• Conduct clash detection, coordination, and reporting using Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
• Perform quality checks and model audits in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Generate RFIs based on coordination discrepancies.
• Prepare construction-ready BIM models and extract 2D layouts and quantity take-offs.
• Support 4D simulations and construction scheduling using Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years in BIM modeling and coordination (civil discipline).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
• Sound knowledge of LOD standards, civil construction processes, and BIM workflows.
