Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer (Electrical) with 1–3 years of experience in BIM-based projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing electrical BIM models in compliance with project standards, ensuring accuracy and constructability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and detail electrical BIM models (LOD 300–500) using Autodesk Revit.
• Review IFC drawings and prepare coordination-ready BIM models for site execution.
• Perform model coordination with other disciplines and prepare RFIs for identified issues.
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
• Audit and review models in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Collaborate Pro.
• Identify and resolve constructability and coordination issues.
• Extract 2D layouts, quantity take-offs, and 3D model verifications.
• Assist in 4D simulations and construction scheduling using Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years in BIM modeling and coordination (Electrical discipline).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, LOD standards, and BIM coordination workflows.
