Job Summary:

We are looking for a BIM Engineer (Joinery) to join our Technical Department. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop detailed 3D BIM models that ensure efficiency, precision, and aesthetics in all joinery elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for joinery components and systems.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate joinery designs into broader building models.

• Provide technical support for BIM software and tools specific to joinery.

• Generate documentation, drawings, and schedules directly from 3D models.

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.

• Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and completeness.

• Support project managers with BIM-related insights and reports.

• Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations on BIM progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer in joinery or interior fit-out projects.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.

• Strong understanding of joinery design, detailing, and fabrication workflows.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
