BIM Interior Designer

BIM Modeling & Design: Create detailed 3D BIM models for interior design projects using Revit and other BIM software, ensuring accurate and efficient design execution. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design team members to integrate interior design elements into the broader BIM model. Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of all interior design activities, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline and specifications. Design Development: Develop design concepts and translate them into BIM models, incorporating client requirements and design standards. Documentation & Drawings: Prepare detailed interior design drawings, plans, and specifications, including finishes, materials, furniture, and lighting, using Revit and AutoCAD. Quality Control: Ensure that BIM models adhere to quality control procedures and standards, including clash detection and coordination across various building systems. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and make revisions based on feedback. Site Visits: Attend site visits to ensure the accurate implementation of design work and address any discrepancies between design and construction. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and trends in interior design.
