Job Description: Coordinator – Fit-Out Company

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join our fit-out company. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the project management team, ensuring the smooth execution of fit-out projects, and maintaining effective communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with excellent multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist project managers in planning and coordinating fit-out projects from inception to completion.
  • Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to align project deliverables.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing regular project updates.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and client approvals.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management:
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Obtain quotes, manage purchase orders, and track delivery schedules.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure all project files are up to date and organized for easy access.
  • Logistics and Administration:
  • Coordinate logistics for project materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and compliance documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
