We're looking for a visionary BIM Manager to lead our team and help us shape the next generation of building design and construction.

The Role

As our BIM Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy and implementation. You'll work closely with project teams, clients, and partners to ensure the seamless integration of BIM technology throughout the project lifecycle—from design and documentation to fabrication and facility management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the BIM Team: Manage, mentor, and train a team of BIM specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Develop and Implement BIM Standards: Create and enforce company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Strategic Planning: Work with leadership to develop and execute a long-term BIM strategy that aligns with the company's goals for technological advancement and efficiency.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the BIM process on all projects, ensuring that models are accurate, clash-free, and meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Technology & Software Management: Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software and technology trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools to enhance our capabilities.
• Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients regarding BIM-related issues and goals.

Who You Are

You're a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry and a passion for technology. You have a proven track record of successfully managing BIM projects and leading teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a BIM-specific role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other key BIM software.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience with other software and technologies such as Dynamo, Python scripting, or reality capture is a plus.
