Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Mumbai team. The candidate will manage BIM workflows, ensure coordination across disciplines, and support project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM models between architecture, structural, and MEP teams.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve modeling issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, naming conventions, and protocols.
• Prepare drawings, reports, and model documentation as required.
• Assist the BIM Manager in maintaining project schedules and quality assurance.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and clash detection software.
• Proven experience in multi-disciplinary project coordination.
• Fluent in Hindi (spoken & written) and English.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
