Job Title: Project Architect

Location: Juhu, Mumbai

Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team in Juhu, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural design process, managing projects end-to-end, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring timely execution and adherence to all applicable codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept development through to construction documentation and completion.
• Collaborate with consultants and project stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP and other consultant inputs.
• Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure design integrity.
• Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of construction documents, including drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Hands-on experience with redevelopment projects in Mumbai is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of BIM is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing diverse project types and scales.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
