BIM Manager

The Role
Job Title: BIM Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction / Contracting / Engineering Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of digital design and construction workflows, maintaining high standards of quality, coordination, and project efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans across all projects. • Oversee coordination of 3D, 4D, 5D models with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. • Conduct clash detection, ensure model accuracy, and resolve design/construction conflicts. • Manage BIM software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.). • Train project teams on BIM standards, workflows, and best practices. • Generate reports and visualizations to support project planning, cost estimation, and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in BIM management within main contracting/construction projects. • Experience in high-rise construction projects. • Strong knowledge of BIM software and workflows. • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
