Key Responsibilities

Develop & Implement BIM Standards
– Establish and maintain BIM protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Manage BIM Coordination
– Oversee model development, clash detection, and integration with project teams.

Training & Support
– Provide guidance and training to architects, engineers, and contractors on BIM software and workflows.
-
Data Management
– Ensure accurate digital representation of project information models.
-
Collaboration & Communication
– Act as a bridge between design teams, clients, and contractors to streamline digital project execution.

Software & Technology Oversight
– Manage BIM tools such as
Revit, Navisworks, ACC
,
Power Bi
and other relevant platforms.

Quality Control & Compliance
– Conduct audits to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture / Civil Engineering.
-
Previous experience with Engineering consultants / Contractors are highly desirable
-
Minimum 12 years extensive experience with
BIM software
(Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Power Bi, etc.).

Strong understanding of
digital workflows
and
construction processes
.

Ability to
train and mentor
teams in BIM methodologies.
