BIM MANAGER

A leading architecture and engineering consultancy delivering high-quality architectural, structural, and MEP solutions across diverse sectors including commercial, residential, educational, healthcare, and infrastructure projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage our Building Information Modeling processes across projects.

Position Summary

The BIM Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing BIM standards, workflows, and coordination procedures across all disciplines. The role ensures efficient digital project delivery, clash-free coordination, and compliance with international BIM standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings.
• Oversee model development from concept to as-built stage.
• Manage clash detection and coordination using tools such as Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and other applicable BIM standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Provide BIM training and technical support to internal teams.
• Monitor model quality, LOD compliance, and data integrity.
• Support project teams with 4D/5D BIM integration when required.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a BIM leadership role.
• Strong expertise in:
• Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
• Navisworks Manage
• AutoCAD
• BIM 360 / ACC or other CDE platforms
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Knowledge of LOD, BIM workflows, and data management protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in large-scale or complex projects is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Autodesk Certified Professional.
• Experience with 4D (Synchro) and 5D BIM tools.
• Knowledge of Dynamo or other BIM automation tools.
• Experience working in international or GCC projects.
