MEP BIM Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated MEP Modeling Lead to oversee and manage our MEP BIM modeling team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, along with proven leadership experience in coordinating multidisciplinary BIM projects. This role requires a proactive leader capable of ensuring high-quality model delivery, coordination efficiency, and compliance with BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MEP BIM modeling team (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Oversee the development, coordination, and quality control of MEP 3D models using Revit.
• Conduct and supervise clash detection and coordination processes using Navisworks.
• Manage project collaboration and workflows through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and international standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and external consultants.
• Review and approve shop drawings, layouts, and model-based documentation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level BIM modelers and support their technical development.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in BIM modeling, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Solid understanding of MEP systems design, construction processes, and detailing.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and model quality control.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Planning.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Dynamo or other BIM automation tools is a plus.
• PMP or BIM-related certifications are advantageous.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼11,000.00 per month
