About the Project

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our team on the prestigious Hamad General Hospital Safety Improvement & Risk Mitigation Program (RMP) in Qatar.

The project involves refurbishment and upgrading works across multiple hospital facilities, replacement of major MEP systems, construction of new healthcare facilities, demolition of selected structures, and implementation of critical safety improvement initiatives within one of Qatar's most important healthcare campuses.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced BIM professional with a proven track record in healthcare infrastructure and multidisciplinary project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all BIM activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Ensure BIM compliance with Client, Consultant, and Project requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Manage model federation, clash detection, coordination reviews, and issue resolution.
• Oversee BIM deliverables, model quality assurance, and data integrity.
• Support project teams in achieving digital engineering objectives and BIM best practices.
• Coordinate with Client representatives, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide BIM leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to project teams.
• Prepare BIM reports, presentations, and progress updates for senior management and the Client.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience post Bachelor's Degree.
• MMUP/MME/UPDA Grade A certification (mandatory).
• International professional license, membership, or chartership from a recognized professional institution such as:
• Chartered Engineer (CEng)
• Professional Engineer (PE)
• ICE
• IStructE
• CIAT
• PMI
• Equivalent internationally recognized professional accreditation

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 7 years of healthcare or hospital project experience.
• Demonstrated experience on major hospital, healthcare, medical campus, or healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Previous GCC project experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing BIM delivery on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, digital engineering workflows, and project information management.
