BIM Manager ((Ashghal Projects)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with proven expertise in Ashghal projects to lead and manage a remote freelance BIM team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality BIM deliverables, coordination across multiple disciplines, and compliance with Ashghal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM processes for ongoing and upcoming Ashghal projects.
• Coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary BIM models (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Prepare detailed BIM reports and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee and manage a remote team of freelance BIM engineers and modelers.
• Ensure adherence to Ashghal standards, guidelines, and project specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve coordination clashes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience working on Ashghal projects (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Ashghal BIM standards and procedures.
• Expertise in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and related software.
• Experience in preparing BEPs and technical BIM documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, especially remote/freelance teams.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BIM-related certifications.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or government projects in Qatar.
