BIM Modeler

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated BIM Modeller with a Mechanical or Electrical background to join our team. Candidates should have a Diploma / ITI qualification and an interest in Building Information Modelling. Freshers with strong Revit skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Assist in preparing drawings, layouts, and coordinated shop drawings.
• Support engineers and senior team members in clash detection and model coordination.
• Ensure models follow project specifications and BIM standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM files.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit (academic / project / work experience).
• Mechanical or Electrical background preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to BIM workflows.

Good teamwork and communication skills
