Key Responsibilities of a BIM Modeler

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using tools like Revit, AutoCAD.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, codes, and BIM execution plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate all disciplines into a single model.
• Detect and resolve clashes between different building systems (e.g., structural vs. MEP).
• Update models throughout the project lifecycle for design changes and as-built conditions.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model.

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools.
• Understanding of construction processes, building codes, and standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in UAE
