BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
• Should be familiar with ELV and EL.
• Develop accurate 2D/3D BIM models for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Structured Cabling, etc.) using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate ELV models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free integration.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed ELV layout documentation as per project standards.
• Perform model updates, clash detection, and resolve technical discrepancies in collaboration with engineers.
• Maintain BIM documentation, follow project BIM standards, and support the delivery of coordinated ELV design packages.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: QAR9,500.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
