RequirementsEducation

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience as a BIM Modeler
• Mandatory experience in real estate or property development projects in Dubai
• Hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
• Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM 360
• Understanding of LOD (Level of Development) standards

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modeling & Coordination

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit or similar software
• Produce detailed architectural, structural, and MEP models
• Coordinate models with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure clash detection and model integration across disciplines

Project Support

• Assist design and construction teams with BIM-related requirements
• Generate drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables

Standards & Compliance

• Follow BIM standards, protocols, and company guidelines
• Ensure models comply with Dubai authority regulations and project specifications
• Maintain proper documentation and version control

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with project managers and site teams
• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design issues
• Liaise with external consultants and contractors
