BIM Modeler

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with at least 1 year of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our design and project teams by creating and managing accurate BIM models for interior fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models based on project drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and clash detection.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and company guidelines.
• Assist in extracting BOQs, schedules, and material quantities from BIM models when required.

Contract length: 3-6 Months

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi)
