We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with 2+ years of UAE experience in building construction projects. The candidate should be proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD with strong knowledge of BIM coordination, shop drawings, and clash detection.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a BIM Modeler
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Experience in architectural/structural/MEP modeling
• Knowledge of BIM standards and coordination processes
• Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings and BOQs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models
• Coordinate with design and site teams
• Perform clash detection and resolve model issues
• Prepare shop drawings and construction documentation
• Ensure models comply with project requirements and standards
