Bim Modeler ACS

The BIM Modeler – ACS will be responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating accurate Architectural, Structural, and Civil (ACS) BIM models using industry-standard software, ensuring compliance with project standards, codes, and timelines.

Experience :- 3 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Architectural and Structural BIM models as per project requirements.
• Prepare LOD 300/400 BIM models, shop drawings, GA drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to resolve clashes and participate in clash detection meetings.
• Implement and follow BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs accurately.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and incorporate design changes as required.
• Ensure models comply with local and international BIM standards.
• Provide necessary BIM outputs for design development, tender, and construction stages.
• Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, and proper documentation.

Software & Tools Required:

• Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Structure)
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks (for coordination & clash detection)
• BIM 360 / ACC (preferred)
• MS Office

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
