BIM Modeler ACS

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler – ACS (Architectural, Civil & Structural) to develop accurate 3D BIM models, drawings, and documentation using Autodesk Revit and related tools. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of ACS disciplines and be able to work in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM models for Architectural, Civil & Structural elements using Revit
• Develop LOD 300–500 models as per project requirements
• Create detailed construction drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules
• Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, and project teams for clash-free models
• Perform clash detection ( Naviswork) and resolve issues in coordination with teams
• Ensure models comply with client standards, BIM execution plans (BEP), and project codes
• Update models based on design changes and site inputs
• Maintain proper file structure, naming standards, and documentation
• Support project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards

Required Skills & Software

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and detailing
• Basic understanding of Navisworks for coordination
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and BIM standards
• Understanding of ISO / BIM workflows is an advantage

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Architecture

Location:- Noida

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience as BIM Modeler (ACS)
• Exposure to commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects

Soft Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail with problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Time management and adherence to deadlines

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience in international BIM projects
• Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC
• Familiarity with QA/QC BIM processes
