Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler – Aluminum & Façade to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed BIM models, producing shop and fabrication drawings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade systems.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings based on BIM models.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, façade engineers, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Perform clash detection using BIM tools and propose effective technical solutions.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, client requirements, and company standards.
• Maintain proper version control, documentation, and model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support to project managers, engineers, and site teams related to aluminum and façade works.
• Participate in BIM coordination and design review meetings.
• Support project planning and construction sequencing through BIM inputs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably within aluminum and façade projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks (Rhino is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum profiles, glazing systems, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
