BIM Modeler (Architecture)

We are currently seeking Mid level Architectural BIM Modeler with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing multidisciplinary team. If you are detail-oriented, technically strong, and eager to develop your BIM career in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and manage architectural or structural 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
• Support clash detection and coordination activities using Navisworks.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Assist in the preparation of drawings, layouts, schedules, and model-based documentation.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, company guidelines, and client requirements.
• Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to BIM workflows and improvements.

Skills and Competencies:

• Familiarity with ISO 19650 or other recognized BIM standards.
• Experience with Dynamo or other BIM automation tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination on medium to large-scale projects.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in an Architectural or Structural BIM modelling role.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing or structural systems and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia
