BIM Modeler (MEP)

We are seeking a Mid-level MEP BIM Modeler with 2–5 years of experience to join our multidisciplinary BIM team. The ideal candidate is technically strong in Revit MEP, experienced in coordination, and comfortable working across multiple building services disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage MEP 3D models (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) using Autodesk Revit.
• Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Assist in preparation of MEP drawings, layouts, schedules, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650), company guidelines, and project requirements.
• Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to BIM workflow improvements.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and ACC.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, electrical layouts, and basic plumbing systems.
• Experience with Dynamo or BIM automation is an advantage.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination on medium to large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in an MEP BIM modeling role.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
