BIM Modeler – Interior Design & Facade

Job Summary:

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler – Interior Design & Facade Specialist to develop high-quality 3D BIM models and detailed design documentation for interior and facade works. The ideal candidate will support design coordination, ensure accuracy in modeling, and contribute to seamless project execution from concept to construction stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for interior and facade design projects.
• Produce accurate shop drawings, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams for clash detection and design integration.
• Ensure all models comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and client requirements.
• Extract BOQs, material quantities, and project schedules from BIM models.
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Support project execution with technical drawings and design coordination inputs.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in interior and facade projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.
• Good understanding of facade systems, interior detailing, and construction methodologies.
