BIM Modeler – Joinery

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with strong experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D BIM models, shop drawings, and coordinating joinery elements with design and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant tools
• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings (wardrobes, kitchens, cabinetry, wall paneling, etc.)
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and MEP teams to resolve clashes
• Produce cutting lists, material take-offs, and BOQs for joinery works
• Ensure all models comply with project specifications and standards
• Update models based on site conditions and design revisions
• Support fabrication and installation teams with accurate drawings

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in BIM modeling with joinery/fit-out companies
• Strong proficiency in:
• Autodesk Revit
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp (preferred)
• Solid understanding of joinery detailing and manufacturing processes
• Experience with UAE/GCC projects is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

Preferred

• Experience working on high-end residential or commercial interiors
• Knowledge of CNC production drawings is a plus
