Job Title: MEP Coordinator

Job Summary:
We BIMALLY are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Coordinator with a minimum of 5+ years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong coordination expertise across all MEP disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, and be capable of managing multidisciplinary coordination on fast-paced projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and integrate MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) within projects
• Review and manage shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools
• Collaborate with architects, structural teams, and contractors for smooth project execution
• Monitor site progress and ensure proper implementation of coordinated drawings
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team
• Ensure all MEP works are executed as per approved drawings and timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an MEP Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of all MEP disciplines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC standards and regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to join immediately is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience working on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects in the UAE
