Graduate / Student Opportunity: Project & Operations Coordinator - UAEN

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing renewable energy and sustainability sector.

This opportunity is ideal for students or early-career candidates looking to gain real workplace exposure while contributing to projects in solar energy, engineering, and energy efficiency solutions.

Working Hours & Location

• Part-time: 4 hours per day
• Working window: between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible within this range)
• Onsite role – Monday to Friday, office-based

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
• Support internal communication between sales, design, and operations teams
• Assist in tracking project updates and follow-ups
• Support basic coordination tasks across ongoing projects
• Gain exposure to finance and accounting support activities

Requirements

• Currently a student or recent graduate (preferred)
• Strong interest in project coordination and business operations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (Sales, Design, Operations)
• Willingness to learn and gain exposure to accounting and finance functions
• Only Candidates with a local family book will be considered for this role
