Role Description:Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM and GIS models for infrastructure and traffic systems, including roads, utilities, and corridors. Coordinates with planners and engineers to integrate design and spatial data, resolve clashes, and update models. Ensures compliance with BIM standards, authority requirements, organized documentation, and timely delivery of coordinated drawings and outputsResponsibilities:Here is the revised version including GIS responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed BIM and GIS models for infrastructure and traffic systems, including roads and utilities.Prepare coordinated drawings, layouts, spatial maps, and model-based documentation.Integrate survey data, alignments, corridors, utility networks, and GIS datasets into BIM models.Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Ensure compliance with BIM standards, GIS protocols, and authority requirements.Update models and spatial data according to design revisions and traffic studies.Maintain accurate levels, coordinates, geospatial data, and technical inputs.Manage model and GIS documentation with proper version control.Conduct quality checks on models, maps, and drawings.Support the preparation of technical presentations, spatial analysis outputs, and submission packages.Ensures high accuracy in BIM models, drawings, GIS data, and mapping outputs.Interprets GIS and spatial information to assess impacts on infrastructure and master planning.Collaborates effectively with planners, engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary design teams.Manages time efficiently and meets tight project deadlines. Adapts quickly to model revisions, design changes, and project updates.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Transportation Engineering, GIS, or a related field relevant to BIM modeling, GIS, and infrastructure design
