BIM Modeler (MEP)

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with proven experience in developing and delivering coordinated BIM models for complex construction projects.

Experience & Skills

• 4 to 10 years of strong and relevant experience in MEP BIM modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong experience in MEP system modeling, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services
• Proven ability to produce detailed shop drawings and coordinated construction drawings
• Hands-on experience in clash detection, coordination, and resolution across multiple disciplines
• Solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and Level of Development (LOD 400–LOD 500)
• Experience in quantity take-off (QTO) and BOQ extraction from BIM models
• Knowledge of Civil 3D for infrastructure coordination is an advantage
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Open to Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineers / BIM Modelers
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant MEP discipline
• Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and construction methodologies
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Candidates available for IMMEDIATE JOINING will be given priority

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, coordinated MEP BIM models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) in accordance with project requirements
• Produce LOD 400 shop drawings and fabrication-level models for construction
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free models
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and actively participate in coordination meetings
• Prepare 2D drawings, sections, and details from BIM models for site execution
• Extract quantities and material take-offs (QTO/BOQ) directly from BIM models
• Review and update models based on design changes, RFIs, and site feedback
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and documentation requirements
• Maintain proper file organization, version control, and CDE compliance
