BIM Modeler MEP- Site Based

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler with experience in both Mechanical & Electrical systems , as well as exposure to Technical Office functions . This is a site-based role , offering hands-on involvement in a large-scale project.

📍 Location: Site-based (Mega Project)

🛠 Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems
• Experience working with BIM tools (Revit is a must)
• Background in Technical Office tasks (shop drawings, coordination, etc.)
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
