BIM Modeler or Senior Modeler

Role & responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.
• Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from the model.
• Ensure all models adhere to project BIM standards, LOD (Level of Detail), and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP teams for model coordination and clash detection.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement feedback or design changes.
• Support the BIM Lead/Manager in maintaining BIM execution plans and documentation.
• Export, publish, and share model data for client or consultant coordination.
• Ensure model quality control and adherence to naming conventions, templates, and file structures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 7 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in Architecture / Structure / MEP.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Dynamo, BIM 360, or other collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Middle East project standards
