Role &amp; responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.</li> <li>Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from the model.</li> <li>Ensure all models adhere to project BIM standards, LOD (Level of Detail), and company guidelines.</li> <li>Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP teams for model coordination and clash detection.</li> <li>Update and maintain BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.</li> <li>Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement feedback or design changes.</li> <li>Support the BIM Lead/Manager in maintaining BIM execution plans and documentation.</li> <li>Export, publish, and share model data for client or consultant coordination.</li> <li>Ensure model quality control and adherence to naming conventions, templates, and file structures.</li> </ul> Preferred candidate profile <ul> <li>Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.</li> <li>Minimum 3 7 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in Architecture / Structure / MEP.</li> <li>Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.</li> <li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li> <li>Experience with Dynamo, BIM 360, or other collaboration tools.</li> <li> Familiarity with Middle East project standards </li> </ul>

BIM Modeler or Senior Modeler

BIM HVAC Modeler

Role &amp; responsibilities Develop detailed plumbing models (water supply, drainage, sanitary, vent, and storm systems) using Revit MEP and other BIM tools. Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, and schedules from the BIM model. Ensure all plumbing designs adhere to project BIM standards and specifications. Coordinate with other disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Architectural, Structural) to identify and resolve clashes. Participate in internal and external BIM coordination meetings. Assist in maintaining and implementing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for projects. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 37 years of experience in BIM Plumbing modeling. Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of plumbing systems (domestic water, drainage, venting, rainwater, etc.). Familiarity with Middle East project standards
